            A English Canadian of French and Mediterranean decent, Annie has cruised extensively throughout US, Caribbean and Haitian waters while chartering her own sailboat with her partner Eric. Her prior life revolved around Administration and Project Management, and she also owned and operated a successful catering business. Taking great pleasure in sharing her passion for food, she wrote and published two Cookbooks. Annie has been delighting her guests with creative and tasty dishes for years and will surely tantalize your taste buds.
